Your finished jewelry will arrive carefully packaged in a gift box with a soft satin pouch. I only ask that you send the small amount of cremated remains needed to create your keepsake, helping you keep the majority of your precious inclusions at home.

A Cremated Remains Return Kit is required with every order involving cremated remains, unless your order includes a solid gold item, as the Cremated Remains Return Kit is already included with all solid gold purchases. Only one return kit is required per order, even when sending cremated remains from multiple loved ones or ordering multiple pieces.

Your finished jewelry and any unused cremated remains will be shipped back to you together using the USPS Cremated Remains Kit and required shipping service. This provides additional protection for your loved ones’ remains during transit while following USPS postal requirements for the return of any amount of loose cremated remains.

I am unable to ship your completed order until the required Cremated Remains Return Kit has been added and paid for. If a kit was not included with your original purchase and your order does not include a solid gold item, you will be contacted to add one before your order can be shipped.
