Turnaround Time

All keepsake jewelry is handmade to order. My current turnaround time is approximately 4–8 weeks from the date your order is placed, provided your inclusions are sent within the requested timeframe. Delays in sending your inclusions may extend the completion of your order. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on the design, materials, customization, or supply availability.

Sending Cremated Remains to Me

For orders containing cremated remains, I recommend following current postal regulations and using the USPS designated Cremated Remains Kit when sending cremated remains to me. I’m happy to help assist you in getting the small size box sent to your address if needed..This packaging is specifically designed for the safe and identifiable transport of cremated remains through the postal system. Detailed mailing instructions will be provided after your order is placed.

Required Return Cremated Remains Kit

A Cremated Remains Return Kit is mandatory for every order involving cremation jewelry and must be added to your order. This provides the appropriate postal-regulated shipping method for the return of any amount of unused loose cremated remains and helps provide the safest possible shipping method for your loved one’s remains and finished jewelry.

Only one Cremated Remains Return Kit is required per order as long as they are shipping to one address, even when purchasing multiple pieces of jewelry, only one return kit is needed.

The Return Cremated Remains Kit is a separate charge and must be included with your order. Orders involving cremated remains incorporated into jewelry cannot be completed without this required return-shipping option. This does not apply to my DIY or Fill Yourself Designs as no ashes are being mailed with these products.
