Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of my jewelry, all sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Each piece is individually created specifically for your order, often using personal keepsake materials and/or customized selections such as ring size, metal, stone choice, color, or other design details. Please review all product details and selections carefully before placing your order.

Once an order has been placed, materials and supplies may be ordered and work may begin. For this reason, orders cannot be canceled or refunded after purchase.

Please ensure that ring sizes, metal selections, stone choices, shipping information, and all other customization details are correct before submitting your order. Any costs associated with resizing or alterations requested due to an incorrect selection are the customer's responsibility and may not be possible for every design.

Because each keepsake is handmade, slight variations in the placement and appearance of inclusions, resin, opals, color, and other materials are natural and are not considered defects. The amount and appearance of visible inclusions may also vary depending on the jewelry design and materials selected.
